These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the MiddleUpMask online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Contracting Party and Formation of Contract
All sales are made by Sardar Atamoglanov, 133 Richmond St W, Toronto, ON M5H 2L3, Canada, operating as MiddleUpMask.
Products listed in our online store are an invitation to purchase. You may add products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order. A contract is formed when we accept your order, which we confirm by email.
3. Contract Language and Records
Contracts are concluded in English. We store your order details and send you an order confirmation by email. We recommend keeping a copy for your records.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order. Orders are delivered by mail or courier only. Local pickup is not available. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that apply in their country.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options such as Klarna. Payment is charged when your order is placed. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and eligibility requirements.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Title and Risk
Products remain our property until paid in full. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery, unless otherwise required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiddleUpMask shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Consumers may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in their place of residence.
