Right of Withdrawal

This section applies to consumers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Customers in other regions are covered by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier named by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement, such as a letter sent by post or an email, to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs. This excludes any extra costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer. We will make this refund without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Where goods are returned with signs of wear, use, or damage, we may reduce the refund by an amount reflecting that loss in value.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery. Because our products are worn on the face, this may apply to items delivered in sealed hygienic packaging.
